Chick fil A would be one of the best fast food restaurants
I’ve ever went to, they’re customer service is exceptional. Nonetheless, their
food quality is pleasant and delicious. My favorite order would be number one,
which was a chicken sandwich and I just added American cheese to it with no
pickles. The sandwich was delicious, juicy, and thick; the taste was so good,
it wasn’t dry whatsoever. I’ve been to chick fil A many times, never once had I
been disappointed, even when orders went wrong they did everything possible to
make it right. The employees always have a smile on their face, and are very
attentive with each customer. I believe customer service is key for any job
that you have because you always want the customers to be happy and pleased.
Their came a time when the food I ordered wasn’t cooked well done; keep in
mind, I love food, so I was very disappointed because I loved that restaurant.
Not every restaurant is perfect, so I spoke to the manager and showed her the
food I was served and I ended up getting a refund plus another freshly done
plate of food. I also enjoy their drinks, I love iced drinks and they’re very
generous with every serving that they make. It’s not the soda that’s have
washed down with water, it gives you that refreshed crisp on your throat when
you drink it. The only thing I will say about this restaurant is that because
they get so many customers it does take a while for a person to receive their
food, but they’re always checking in with you to give you an eta on the order
you made.
